issue.md is a changelog of what changes at AI model providers, written for machines. Model releases and retirements, price and rate-limit changes, deprecations, breaking changes, policy changes, new capabilities and outages, as typed events with an effective date, the surfaces they touch, and a primary source and quote for every claim. Built for coding agents, DevOps agents and cost routers that need to know what changed before it breaks something.

## Access
- Free: https://api.issue.md/v1/events (summaries: event_id, vendor, product, type, severity, summary, dates; all history)
- Pass: $20 per 30 days per wallet, auto-renewing, cancellable. Unlocks full records, GET /v1/events/{event_id}, GET /v1/models/{model_id}, GET /v1/corrections. Paid over the Machine Payments Protocol (HTTP 402) on Tempo; the wallet is the identity.
- Note: payments are on testnet (no real money yet).

## Data
- Vendors covered: google, anthropic, openai, xai, fireworks
- Every event carries primary sources and evidence quotes; history is never rewritten, corrections are recorded as an overlay.
